Resolutions

  1. Resolution 2026-14 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the mayor or city administrator to execute an agreement between the City of West Plains and Rick and Tawnya Rothermich pertaining to the use of airport land.
  2. Resolution 2026-15 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the submission of an application to the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) for funding through the States’ Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP) for the City of West Plains First Street Workforce Parking Improvement project; designating the city administrator to serve as the city’s authorized representative for all matters relating to the application and administration of the grant.
  3. Resolution 2026-16 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the mayor or city administrator to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 between the City of West Plains and Woolpert, Inc. to extend consultant services for the new fuel facility at the West Plains Regional Airport.
  4. Resolution 2026-17 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator or mayor to execute a work authorization between the City of West Plains, Missouri, and Toth and Associates to perform engineering services on behalf of the City of West Plains with FEMA and it’s contractor (WSP) to include the recently constructed stormwater detention basins into the official storm model and update the flood insurance rate map (FIRM) accordingly.

Ordinances

  1. Bill 4827 to become Ordinance 4827 – Second reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri amending several provisions of Division 5 of the City of West Plains Municipal Code relating to the Tourist Development Advisory Council.
  2. Bill 4828 to become Ordinance 4828 – Second reading. An ordinance providing for the levying and collection of a tax for the general revenue fund within the City of West Plains, Missouri for the year 2026, upon all real, personal and mixed property within the corporate limits of the City of West Plains, Missouri subject to taxation.
  3. Bill 4829. First reading. An ordinance approving the adoption of amended budgets for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026.
