Resolutions

1. Resolution 2024-24 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri authorizing the city administrator to execute an agreement with Great River Engineering for engineering services on the Garner sidewalk project.
2. Resolution 2024-25 – A resolution authorizing the mayor or city administrator to execute a pole attachment agreement between the City of West Plains, Missouri and Current, Inc.

Ordinances

1. Bill 4774 to become Ordinance 4774 – Second Reading. An ordinance vacating an excess right-of-way section along Mitchell Road and further reserving a utility easement within the area to be vacated.
2. Bill 4776 to become Ordinance 4776 – Second Reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri authorizing the city administrator to execute an agreement with Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for enhancement funds.
3. Bill 4777 to become Ordinance 4777 – First Reading. An ordinance authorizing participation in Missouri’s highway safety program through the Missouri Department of Transportation.
