Resolutions

1. Resolution 2026-09 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri affirming its method of disclosing potential conflicts of interest and substantial interests.
2. Resolution 2026-10 – A resolution of the City of West Plains adopting an updated (May 2026) official West Plains/Howell County Local Emergency Operations Plan.
3. Resolution 2026-11 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, stating intent to seek funding through the Community Development Block Grant Program and authorizing the mayor or city administrator to pursue activities in an attempt to secure funding and dedicating $50,000 of local cash funds.
4. Resolution 2026-12 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the submission of an application to the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) for funding through the States’ Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP) for the City of West Plains First Street Workforce Parking Improvement Project; designating the city administrator to serve as the city’s authorized representative for all matters relating to the application and administration of the grant.
5. Resolution 2026-13 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, stating support for the proposed 48-unit development of multifamily housing known as Garner Phase 3 which will be located adjacent to Garner Villas on County Road 6460 and Bruce Smith Parkway. All units will be affordable and be leased to families earning at or below 60% of the area median income.

1. Bill 4824 to become Ordinance 4824 – Second reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, amending several provisions of Articles I, II, and III of Chapter 6 of the City of West Plains municipal code relating to the keeping and control of animals, fowl and livestock.
2. Bill 4825 to become Ordinance 4825 – Second reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, amending Chapter 27 – Nuisances: Section 27-2 Prohibited and Section 27-4 Grass and Weeds of the City of West Plains municipal code.
3. Bill 4826 to become Ordinance 4826 – Second reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, amending Chapter 50 – Zoning: Section 50-113 – Additional District Regulations and Section 50-115 – Fences, of the City of West Plains municipal code.
4. Bill 4827 – First reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, amending several provisions of Division 5 of the City of West Plains Municipal Code relating to the Tourist Development Advisory Council.
