Resolutions

1. Resolution 2026-18 – A resolution of the City Council of the City of West Plains, Missouri, adopting a policy for electric distribution extension.

Ordinances

1. Bill 4829 to become Ordinance 4829. Second reading. An ordinance approving the adoption of amended budgets for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026.
2. Bill 4830 – First reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator to execute an amendment to a State Block Grant Agreement for airport improvements including the remainder of the construction contract and Woolpert’s construction administration services, and further authorizing local matching funds for said project.
3. Bill 4831. First reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, amending Chapter 18- Courts: Section 18-23. – Designation of acting municipal judge; vacancy in office of municipal judge, of the City of West Plains Municipal Code.
4. Bill 4832 – First reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, amending Article III of Chapter 28 by enacting a new section 28-88 relating to hemp-derived and intoxicating cannabinoid products to conform to new legislation (HB 2641) passed this year by the Missouri General Assembly which is effective November 12, 2026.
