Resolutions

1. Resolution 2025-08 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri authorizing the city administrator to execute an agreement with West Plains Downtown Revitalization Inc. for economic development.
2. Resolution 2025-09 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri authorizing the lease agreement between the City of West Plains and the board of governors of Missouri State University for the purpose of leasing to the university certain space within the West Plains Civic Center for office, storage, and certain types of events.
3. Resolution 2025-10 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri authorizing an agreement between the City of West Plains and Stag Luizza, LLC and Curtis, Heinz, Garret & O’Keffe, P.C., for the purpose of providing legal services in connection with the AFFF Product Liability Multi-District Litigation.

Ordinances

1. Bill 4800– First reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator to execute an agreement with BNSF Railway for the permanent closure and vacation of the Thornburgh Street grade crossing, and for other related purposes.
2. Bill 4801 – First reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri approving and adopting a utility billing policy for the City of West Plains.
