Resolutions

  1. Resolution 2026-01 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the mayor or city administrator to execute an agreement between the City of West Plains and Mandy’s Mobile Foods, LLC for concession rights.
  2. Resolution 2026-02 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, to adopt a Transportation Action Safety Plan,Β Vision Zero Transportation Safety Action Plan to ensure the health, safety, and prosperity for bicyclists, pedestrians, transit riders, motorists, and other users of the transportation network, and its rights of ways in a manner that balances user needs and is consistent with the surrounding community.

Ordinances

  1. Bill 4816. First reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, amending Section 28-141 of the West Plains Municipal Code relating to Lewd and Immoral Conduct.
  2. Bill 4817. First reading. An ordinance amending Article XI of Chapter 10 and Article VI or Chapter 38 by the addition of new regulations for trenchless excavations on public and private property and in the right-of-way.
  3. Bill 4818. First reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the mayor or city administrator to apply for federal assistance on behalf of the City of West Plains and to execute any contract(s) resulting from such application for any grants between the City of West Plains and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission providing for capital, operating, and/or marketing assistance, comprised of federal funds to be expended for commission-approved transit projects.
