The West Plains Water Treatment plant is responsible for supplying safe drinking water to the City of West Plains. The plant takes water from our 6 wells and treat it before sending it back out. The Water Treatment Plant is designed to produce an output of 3.7 million gallons a day. This, coupled with six 5.5 million gallon storage tanks, helps ensure the citizens of West Plains have access to clean drinking water.
