The U.S. Highway 160/Independence Overpass project in West Plains is in full swing! This project will enhance traffic flow and safety by creating an overpass over the railroad line on Independence Drive, between Concord Road and Freedom Drive.
Detour Reminder:
Detours have been in effect since November 11 due to the closure of Independence Drive between Concord Road and Freedom Drive. Independence Drive is currently closed to traffic between Concord Road and Freedom Drive.
Northbound Traffic: Please use Freedom Drive as a detour.
Southbound Traffic: Detour via Missouri Avenue to Thornburgh Avenue.

We kindly remind all motorists to observe posted speed limits and follow detour signage to ensure the safety of everyone, including pedestrians and crews.
