Mayor Mike Topliff and city transportation department personnel met with Richard’s R5 Art Students to thank them for their work on “Sleetwood Mac” and congratulate them on winning the plow painting competition. Also on hand were representatives from Perennial Energy, who donated the sand blasting of all the plows.
