The complex is located the corner of Howell Avenue and Olden Street in West Plains. It houses bathroom facilities, a Weight room, concession area, and two basketball courts that are converted into volleyball courts during the season. Open Gym is also available at the Jimmie Carroll Sports Complex. Cost is $2.00 per day.
